A cold ferment for Bangalore, poured in Sarjapur.
KBUCHA is raw kombucha. It is not heat-treated after the ferment, so the culture is still in the bottle. A lot of what is sold as kombucha is pasteurised: easier to ship, and no longer alive. Most of our bottles sit around a gram of sugar per 100ml. Drink it chilled in Sarjapur and across Bengaluru.
